WHERE HAVE I BEEN?

Short Answer: Managing Annoying People: Solving Everyday Challenges with Bold Ideas and a Sense of Humor and creating the Ultimate Solution for Home Cooks the ilean-Pan.

And I talk about it all on my podcast appearance with Robert Plank. Robert asked great questions, here is a quote from the show that I said:

It’s frustrating to pour energy into your work and relationships only to feel like you’re getting nowhere. Sometimes it’s not about pushing harder or adding more to your plate, but about stepping back and really seeing what’s going on inside you—and around you. Most people race through life without ever stopping to understand the patterns that keep them stuck. Real change often starts when you finally slow down enough to notice what’s been driving you all along.

I have been busy, engaged and living my life. And we all know life gets lifey. Good things happen, bad things happen, the petulum swings and we take this crazy ride of living one day at a time.

For years, 5 years to be exact, I wrote a blog every two weeks and sent it out to my email list. The crazy thing is, many never commented, but, and I use but sparingly, when I did catch up with you or see you in person, you had read it!

Now a days, I do the modern blog – the podcast. I love being a guest and having conversations that others get to hear. Hell, I just love having conversations, it is kinda of a bonus that they are recorded for eternity!

Why this big change? Why am I posting about this now? Well, it is all thanks to Robert Plank. Check Robert out here and my guest apprearance link below!

Robert and I met on LinkedIn and just clicked. Miles away, different paths, yet we connected. He took the time to research me, meet with me, and then offer me a spot on his show! Isn’t that why we all do what we do — for connection and to be seen and heard! Thanks Robert

Please check out my Podcast page – you never know what WOWs (Words of Wisdom) will spill forth and hopefully give you that little extra, a little lift, a laugh, a new thought to help you sail through your day.

WHAT’S NEXT:

When you are down and out and in need of a new perspective; or are flying high and up and at them, just remember, a podcast is that conversation you can always take with you.
